Rules for using Challenex

Using the Service

Challenex provides gaming profiles, rankings, posts, match coordination, caster listings, chat, teams, wallet and credit features, payment requests, subscriptions, reviews, and notifications. You are responsible for your account, your linked Google, Discord, and Battle.net accounts, and all activity performed through your session or API token.

Account Requirements

• Provide accurate profile, game, payment, and proof information.
• Connect Battle.net before using WoW features that require a linked WoW account.
• Keep WoW join roles, payment profiles, and character information accurate for the roles you intend to use.
• Keep your login providers, devices, and session credentials secure.
• Do not impersonate another player, caster, admin, organization, or payment account.
• Do not create or use accounts to evade bans, moderation, payment review, or platform limits.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile text, avatars, caster logos, proof screenshots, posts, chats, reviews, social links, and live stream links. You give Challenex permission to host, display, process, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Fair Play and Conduct

• Do not scam, harass, threaten, exploit, spam, or abuse other users.
• Do not submit false match results, fake proof, fake payment IDs, manipulated screenshots, or misleading caster proof.
• Do not interfere with Challenex systems, scrape private data, bypass authentication, reverse engineer protected flows, or abuse APIs.
• Follow applicable game rules and third-party platform rules when using Google, Discord, Battle.net, Firebase, payment providers, or live stream services.

Payments, Wallets, Credits, and Subscriptions

Challenex may support deposits, withdrawals, wallet balances, credits, payment proofs, premium subscriptions, premium-only WoW profile updates, and admin-reviewed payment methods. Payment requests must be truthful and may be accepted or rejected after review. Credits, points, premium status, borders, quest rewards, and wallet balances are platform records, not bank deposits or legal tender. Challenex may reverse, reject, hold, or adjust records when required to correct errors, investigate abuse, process failed payments, or enforce these terms.

Profiles, Posts, Teams, and Reviews

Game profiles, caster profiles, WoW payment profiles, WoW join profiles, selected WoW roles, Raider.IO role scores, posts, team membership, match participation, proof submissions, votes, and reviews may be reviewed by admins or shown to other users depending on the feature. Challenex may close posts, lock chats, remove profiles, delete related chats after proof submission, update kata, and restrict WoW post creation or joining when kata reaches platform limits or profile requirements are not met.

Moderation

We may remove content, reject profiles, reject payment requests, limit access, revoke premium features, delete chats, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe these terms are violated, the service is being abused, or other users may be harmed. Reports, blocks, reviews, and admin decisions are part of the platform safety system.

Third-Party Services

Challenex integrates with third-party services such as Google, Discord, Battle.net, Raider.IO, Firebase Cloud Messaging, email delivery, storage, payment providers, and live stream platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Challenex is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, data handling, Raider.IO profile availability, or payment network decisions.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided as available. Features, prices, limits, rankings, supported games, payment methods, subscriptions, and moderation rules may change. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Challenex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, game account issues, third-party service failures, user disputes, or payment provider decisions arising from use of the service.
